How to Vacuum Pack

/i//vac1.jpg 1. Use only Ball lids.
/i//vac2.jpg 2. Place lid on top of canning jar.
/i//vac3.jpg 3. Put either wide or narrow mouth lid on the jar.
/i//vac4.jpg 4. Attach hose and make sure the arrow is pointed to the jar emblem.
/i//vac5.jpg 5. The indicator window will turn from red to green when the pump is engaged.
/i//vac6.jpg 6. When vacuum has been reached the window will be green.
/i//vac7.jpg 7. Remove hose and the jar is sealed.
/i//vac8.jpg 8. To open use a quarter instead of a jar opener. It will prevent bending the lid so it can be used over and over again.
/i//vac9.jpg 9. Now you can enjoy fresh potato chips and within seconds seal the jar again so you have fresh chips for a long, long time.
